Dial one of the first training centres which collaborated with the Principality of Asturias in the area of training. Since 1996 we have managing training for both workers and the unemployed, through programs such as FIP and FORMIC.
At the same time, we participate in training programs for subsidised companies by means of ‘ La Fundación Tripartita ' program.
Dial also includes an Area of Training and Human Resources which is in charge of managing the subsidised training and, at the same time, it is the area responsible to ensure the constant adaptation of our programmes to the reality and the demands of the labour market. |
