A training need analysis: To determine the expectations, needs and availability of the students.

  • Program Design: Once the training objectives have been set, our team design a customised programme presented to our clients in order to agree objectives and maximise results.
  • Coordination of Trainers: Dial has at his disposal a team of experienced professionals which is closely coordinated by our Training Department.
  • Training process monitoring: Both the trainers and our Training team in Dial revise the fulfilment of the objectives and follow up on the students learning, completing up a monitoring survey for our clients.
