1 Quality and Environmental Management

a. Environmental management 350(Hours) 1000 €

.Characteristics:

In order to obtain the diploma, the students will have to carry out the evaluations and the proposed work. Once the tasks have been finished, the students will undergo a test.

To finish the course, the students will have to elaborate an assignment which will take approximately 100 hours.

The final grade will be the average of these tasks, in order to pass students will have to score at least 65%

2. Awareness Courses

a. Health and Risk Awareness 50(Hours) 120 €

b. Food Handler 20(Hours) 60 €

.Characteristics:

For these courses there will be an exam to evaluate the knowledge acquired.

Documentation:

•  In these courses a number of manuals in both paper or electronic format will be distributed

•  They are supported by an internet platform. Where students will find a summary of the topic, a number of activities and a general evaluation.

•  During the course you may contact the assigned tutor for any questions you may have: by means of e-mail, telephone, fax, forums, chats and ordinary mail.

•  The final assignment will be handed in a paper format and another copy in an electronic format (a CD with the assignment in a doc or pdf format)

3. Payment methods

•  In order to enrol these courses (except the awareness courses) students will need to pay a 250 € registration fee, the rest will be paid before the end of the course.

•  The awareness courses can be paid with a single payment.
