RD 2090/2008 develops the final third of the Law 26/2007, Environmental Responsibility, which contains the enabling development for the Government to issue in their area of competence for the development and implementation of Chapter IV concerning the legal status of financial guarantees, and the annexes to the Act, among which are included on Annex I criteria for determining the significance of harm in wildlife or habitat on Annex II of the damage repair environmental and Annex VI on the information the government must provide to the Ministry of Environment and Rural and Marine environmental liability.

Innova Sinergias Group develops software in calculte of the Ecological Footprint |

Innova Sinergias Group has developed a tool to calculate the Ecological Footprint for the Asturian Cluster Environment (ACLAMA).This tool, called ETHE (acronym of Rate Your Ecological Footprint) is designed for children ages 8 to 11 years. Children entering their daily activities on the tool can know the impact on the planet and thus their ecological footprint. This tool is complemented by training to ensure that children are aware of environmental problems on the planet on a global scale and a practical guide. ETHE aims to raise awareness among children about their impact on the environment and create good habits and customs
The Synergy Group will proceed to send this tool for schools that request it. This tool is distributed on behalf of the Asturian Cluster Environment (Hails - www.aclama.es)

The new Organic Law 3 / 2007 of March 22, for the equality of women and men, including in its articles, a major innovation in business management, to regulate the need for businesses to adopt measures to avoid any employment discrimination between men and women. Gender and the principle of equality of opportunity thus becomes necessary criteria for the management of human resources in companies.
For this reason, Fundación Universidad de Oviedo organized this conference, whose aim is to provide a practical view on the subject, showing not only those covered in the new standard, but also make visible the best practices of some of the companies in our region in the management of equal opportunities between women and men in the company and advance the vision of the Asturian Institute for Women regarding the promotion of these measures on businesses, from the Administration. |
